There are many upgrades and style choices that will change the cost.

Some additional costs may occur in the following situations.

Upgrade of electrical panel may be required if the house panel does not have 30Amp free. If the panel is further than 40ft from the studio, additional charges will apply.

Levelling of site if more than 6 inches difference.

No. A NOOK building does not require a permit in Qualicum Beach, Parksville, Nanaimo or other small communities in the area. Since it is built to be under 108 sq ft (exterior dimensions) , a building permit is not required.

The Standard NOOK on it’s own is a beautiful space. However, as with all base models, there are certain upgrades and design features you may want to add.
